At the Hole In The Wall we believe in offering you, the discerning drinker, an eclectic range of hand-pulled ales and lagers. We endeavour to include at least one new beer each week. Take a leisurely browse through the list below to view our currently available beers and then come in and try one or two. For those of you who enjoy a good quality pint, the current renaissance in cask ale brewing is like a dream come true. With a choice of 3000 different cask ales in this country alone, you can now relive the pleasures last experienced by your grandfathers’ generation.

Description: High Fives, a 5.9% IPA, is our first collaboration with Thornbridge and it’s a true meeting of both of our IPA approaches. High Fives is crisp and clean modern-style IPA. Slightly hazy, dry, noticeable bitterness but not too much and heaps of hop aroma from Krush, Motueka and Riwaka.

Description: Gluten free. Brewed with 100% Citra hops that create aromas of mango, apricot, grapefruit & mandarin orange, along with a lasting, juicy, tropical fruit bitterness, Baby-Faced Assassin is a deceptively drinkable India Pale Ale that shouldn’t be taken lightly.

Originally brewed especially for the Kop Hill Climb, Kop Hill Ale has become a much-loved seasonal fixture at The Chiltern Brewery.
More than a decade ago, we were approached to create a beer for this celebrated historic motoring event, held just a few miles from the brewery in Princes Risborough. We have brewed it for the Climb every year since.
Smooth, amber and gently citrusy, Kop Hill Ale has a distinctive tangerine character, balanced malt and an easy, refreshing finish.

Mid amber colour with a rich butter-toffee aroma. Fruity and slightly nutty.
Premium quality pale ale malt, with an extra proportion of crystal malt, and increased hops, gives this beer its renowned ‘nutty’ flavour and punch. Very much a cruiserweight, it catches up with you unawares! First brewed in 1982, the beer takes its name from the numerous beech trees synonymous with the area.

Description: Big Stupid Hazy V.2 6.8% IPA, it’s big and it’s hazy and it’s packed with a stupid amount of hops in it, expect a punchy New England IPA with strong mango and limey citrus. Pale with mountains of haze on appearance.
We used Azacca, Citra, and Motueka hops, which furnish the beer with Aromas of pineapple, lime, tropical fruits, and pine. You can count on big mango flavours with medium sweetness and light bitterness, drawing you into this creature of an IPA.

Description: At 5%, this juicy and soft Pale has a restrained bitterness and subtle malt bill allowing for the hop-combos to shine through. We added Simcoe in the boil to give plenty of citrusy pithy bitterness then dry hopped with hop-trio, Citra, Talus, and Simcoe to soften with floral tones and stone fruit flavours.
Unfined, unfiltered, unpasteurised natural beer. Suitable for vegans.

Description: A classic beer in the modern ‘Golden Ale’ style, with a superb gold colour and fullness in the mouth, which come from the use of lightly caramelised malts. Packed full of powerful but fruity North American hops giving good levels of bitterness and flavour to perfectly balance the gravity. Hampshire Beer Of The Year 2013, 2014. London and South East England Champion Golden Beer 2016/17.
