Description: We used six different hops in this vibrant Pale Ale. Columbus, Centennial and Simcoe were used in the whirlpool before dry hopping with Mosaic, Amarillo and Galaxy in Abstrax form. The hops combine to bring notes of orange citrus, stone fruits and a light herbal dankness to underpin everything. Tasty!
