Description: Brewed in collaboration with members of our team for International Women’s Day 2025, we wanted to make a refreshing, zesty pale ale, to be enjoyed throughout spring. This Citrus Pale is brewed with lime and grapefruit zest, to evoke juicy flavours of margaritas and palomas. The Godess Siris, sister to Ninkasi, was associated with all things beer in Mesopotamia.
