Originally brewed especially for the Kop Hill Climb<\/strong>, Kop Hill Ale has become a much-loved seasonal fixture at The Chiltern Brewery.<\/p>\n

More than a decade ago, we were approached to create a beer for this celebrated historic motoring event, held just a few miles from the brewery in Princes Risborough. We have brewed it for the Climb every year since.<\/p>\n

Smooth, amber and gently citrusy, Kop Hill Ale has a distinctive tangerine character, balanced malt and an easy, refreshing finish.<\/p>\n

Mid amber colour with a rich butter-toffee aroma. Fruity and slightly nutty.<\/p>\n

Premium quality pale ale malt, with an extra proportion of crystal malt, and increased hops, gives this beer its renowned ‘nutty’ flavour and punch. Very much a cruiserweight, it catches up with you unawares! First brewed in 1982, the beer takes its name from the numerous beech trees synonymous with the area.<\/p>\n
