Description: Mosaic is one of our favourite hops. The aroma is up-your-face tropical fruits. Mango, passion fruit, grapefruit, lychee, strawberry and apricot combine across the palate to give a sensational hop explosion. The finish is long and soft and laden with these same fruit flavours.
