Description: A fully saturated pale ale with the wonderful Garage Project. Pete came over and suggested a couple of specififc hop lots from 2025 harvest in NZ which we managed to locate and paired with some of our very best lots. This pale sings NZ and is full of beautiful flavour layers.
Hops: Mosaic, Motueka, Nectaron, Rakau, Nelson Sauvin
