Description: Mosaic is known as a “wonder” hop, contributing the holy trilogy of bittering, flavour and aroma. This hop-forward brew lives up to everything you’d expect. Aromas of citrus and pine are followed up by juicy tropical mango flavours, dank stone fruit notes and the balance of delicate bitterness on the tongue. One of our favourite hops of all time showcased in our go-to beer.
